About This Role
BuyQuick is hiring an Administrative Officer to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. This role is central to keeping the team organised, ensuring internal processes run efficiently, and providing operational support across departments. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks including document management, scheduling, correspondence, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and basic financial record-keeping. You will also support HR functions such as onboarding new team members, maintaining employee records, and coordinating team events. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where responsibilities may shift and grow. You should be someone who takes ownership of tasks, follows through reliably, and communicates clearly with both internal teams and external contacts. Requirements
  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, or any related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role (internship experience counts)
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic office software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly
  • Must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate
