Where to find what the template asks for

Meter number and DisCo

The meter number is printed on your prepaid meter, on the meter card, and on any past token receipt. The DisCo (e.g. Ikeja Disco, IKEDC) is on your electricity bill or receipt — pick it from the dropdown in the Excel template. In Excel, keep the meter column as Text so a meter that starts with 0 keeps its zero.

Prepaid or postpaid?

Prepaid meters need a token before you use power — you'll get the token on the receipt. Postpaid meters are billed monthly; paying settles the bill. If you're not sure, check your last receipt: a 20-digit token means prepaid.

Phone numbers and networks

Write numbers the usual way — 08030000001 or +2348030000001. The network column is optional: leave it empty and we'll work it out from the number, then show you what we found before you pay.

Data bundle codes

Data rows need the plan's code (for example MD141) in the bundle_code column. Sign in, open Pay bills → Pay many, choose Airtime & Data, and tap Find bundle codes to copy the exact code for any plan. You can leave the amount empty on data rows — the plan's price is used.

Limits and safety

Up to 200 rows and 5 MB per file. Nothing is charged when you upload — we only check. Only rows marked “Ready to pay” are paid, and each one gets its own receipt. A checked file stays valid for 15 minutes; after that, upload it again.
