Professional Marketer

We are looking for an experienced Professional Marketer to grow BuyQuick through people, partnerships and brand. While our digital team drives online acquisition, you will build the relationships that bring users in at scale: Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok vendors who sell through our escrow marketplace; SMEs, schools, churches and estates who use bulk payments; and a nationwide network of BuyQuick ambassadors and agents. You will shape how BuyQuick is positioned in the market, design campaigns that convert, and turn partners into long-term, active customers. You will report directly to the Founder/CEO. Key responsibilities: • Develop and execute BuyQuick's marketing plan, with clear monthly targets for new users, active vendors and business accounts. • Recruit and onboard social-media vendors to the escrow marketplace, and support them to sell more through BuyQuick. • Pitch bulk-payment and bill-payment solutions to SMEs, schools, religious bodies, estates and cooperatives. • Build and manage the BuyQuick ambassador and agent programme, including scripts, materials, incentives and a weekly leaderboard. • Plan campus, market and community activations, working remotely with local ambassadors. • Develop partnerships with POS agents, phone and accessory shops, student unions and SME associations. • Keep BuyQuick's brand message consistent across all materials and channels. • Gather customer and partner feedback and share insights with the product and digital teams. • Track results in a simple pipeline and report weekly on partners signed, users acquired and revenue generated. Nice to have: • Existing network of vendors, SMEs, student groups or POS agents in Nigeria. • Experience launching or growing a referral or agent network. • Professional membership or certification (for example, NIMN or CIM). • Ability to communicate in Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba or Nigerian Pidgin.
